Every Nepali nurse has heard  how much the nurses of USA are paid. If a USA nurse is making 60,000 US dollars a year, that is 4,270,799 rupees per year. More thsn four million rupees. Fortytwo lakhs!

355,899 rupees per month. Given the alternatives between  15,000 rupees per month  and 355,899 rupees per month, which would you choose?

Is this the neglegency of government? can this be the major reason that Nurses are migrating to US , UK, Australia in high rate? (only capable one, one with the lower economical status who use all their property for study)
Less Government medical Hospitals and facility can also be the main reason for exploitation of National Nurses , due to small market to sell their qualification.
monopoly by the private hospitals is also considered as the major reason causing Nursing exploitation.
